Motor Vehicle OperatorThe major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Operating wheeled vehicles, wheel-mounted tractors; or engineering and construction equipment with wheel or crawler-type tractions.Hauling cargo or fuel.Tows/recover equipment.Driving vehicles in restricted traffic environments on government installations, over public roads and highways, or under cross-country conditions.Operating platform, van, stake and dump trucks, which have a gross vehicle weight of 10,000 pounds and up to 26,000 pounds. Some vehicles may be equipped with air brakes.Vehicles are operated over uneven terrain, over improved/unimproved roads and through congested areas.Performing operator maintenance, such as checking fluid levels and air pressure in tires and cleaning and washing vehicles.Performs other related duties.Work Schedule: 2:00p.m. - 10:00p.m., Monday - Friday Position Description Title/PD#: Motor Vehicle Operator/PD06562A Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not authorized
