Key responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely manner. Provide accurate information about products and services. Process orders and handle transaction-related queries. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and conflicts. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and service policies. Document interactions and update customer records as needed. Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 1 year experience in customer support or live chat environment.
